At Discovery at Kingwood, we love our fur-babies! We are a pet-friendly community and are happy to welcome your furry friends with no weight limits. Our policy allows for a maximum of two pets per apartment home. Please note that there is a $500 non-refundable pet fee required per pet, along with a monthly pet rent of $30.00. We partner with www.petscreening.com for our review process.
Standard breed restrictions do apply. Restricted breeds and their mixes include Chows, Pit Bulls, German Shepherds, Akitas, Mastiffs, Bull Terriers, and Dobermans.
*Breed, size, weight limitations, and fee/deposit requirements do not apply to assistance animals. We comply with all applicable fair housing laws.
