We love our fur-babies at Discovery at Kingwood! We are a pet-friendly community with no weight restrictions. Our policy allows for a maximum of two pets per apartment home. We partner with www.petscreening.com for our review process. Pet fees can be viewed here. 

Standard breed restrictions apply. Restricted breeds and their mixes include: Chows, Pit Bulls, German Shepherds, Akitas, Mastiffs, Bull Terriers, and Dobermans.

*Breed, size, weight limitations, and fee/deposit requirements do not apply to assistance animals. We comply with all applicable fair housing laws.
